HOUSE DESCRIPTION
Main floor

After entering the house through the main entrance and passing a small entrance room equipped with a mirror and coat hangers, you will enter to the main area of the house made of a spacious living room combined with a dining room. The living room is equipped with a large smart tv offering all streaming platforms (subscription not provided) and thousands of free worldwide live tv channels. The living room has a direct access to the main terrace.
On the other side of the living room you can find a dining area with a large dining table with 6 chairs with option to extend up to 8. In the dining area there is the elevator, stair case to the lower and upper floor, a toilet and door to the kitchen.
The living area is air conditioned.

The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with fridge-freezer, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, water filter, coffee machines and many other kitchen equipment and supplies. The fourth bedroom can be found on the lower floor. It's a large double bedroom with a king size bed, sofa bed, baby cot, air condition and a flat TV. In addition to that, there is a bathroom with a walk in shower on this floor and a small sitting area with a sofa and two chairs. This sitting area has also exit/entrance door to the terrace. The sitting room has a direct access to a large private garage.

Outdoor

The southern garden with the direct access to the living room offers a tiled terrace with a large table with 6 chairs and a gas BBQ and an artificial grass garden with 2 sun beds and a lounge for 5 persons. The gardens has magnificent ocean views.
