Everything you need in walking distance
Despite the fact that the complex is located at the very beginning of the village, everything you need is within walking distance. The supermarket and the nearest restaurant are only about 300 meters from the complex and it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the end of the village to the beach.
Natural beach with beautiful sunsets
The beach is natural and rather rocky, but still offers pleasant refreshment. There is a beach bar, a beach club and a restaurant right on the beach. So there is no shortage of refreshments. You can also rent sun loungers.

The spacious living room, located on the inside of the complex, overlooking the pool, offers a comfortable leather sofa, a TV with international channels and high-speed WiFi. There is also a dining table with chairs.

The kitchen is built in an open style and separated from the living room by a glass wall, which gives the apartment a modern and luxurious touch.

the best place for quiet holidays
Palm-Mar is a residential village where everyone who loves peace and quiet will feel like in heaven. There are no hotels in the area. You won’t find crowds of tourists here either. Just nice and modern – but yet balanced with local nature – residential complexes, natural beach and a stunning ocean view. Forget about fast-food, forget about annoying street sellers, forget about PRs, and forget about crowded streets and beaches. Nothing else but nature and luxury holiday accommodation can be found in Palm Mar. If you want to enjoy a quiet and relaxing holidays, but still be close to all the holiday attractions and activities, Palm Mar is the holiday destination for you.
Palm Mar is situated just 15 minutes from Tenerife Southern airport (Reina Sofia – TFS) and is vert close to Los Cristianos. You can actually see Los Cristianos port right in front of you from Playa de la Arenita beach.
Geological position of Palm Mar and its position between mountains and cliffs give a specific micro climate to this Tenerife holiday destination. Light sea breeze and pleasant temperatures with almost no rain all year around are typical for this area.
Palm Mar was established long time ago but it started to form into a popular and luxurious residential and later also holiday destination in late 90’s. In that time foreign investors began developing high standard residential complexes for foreign residents with high quality expectations. Since then a real boom started and the village was growing rapidly. When the crises stroke, some of the projects stopped without being finished. These days the developers are getting them finished though.
There is a small natural beach made of black volcanic sand and stones/pebbles. Even though it's a bit rocky,
the access to water is quite easy and the beach is very popular especially in summer. There is also a small beach bar (chirinquito) on the beach where you can get a draught beer, ice cream and some snacks and you can also rent a sun bed there. But if you are looking for something even more private and natural just walk bit more farther along the coast and as you leave the village you will find a rocky coast with many small private beaches, mostly rocky but some of them are very nice and good for swimming.
Sports & nature
The Palm-Mar village is surrounded by natural reservations and is a great place for bikers, hikers and nature lovers. A good tip for excursion would definitely be climbing the Guaza Mountain which overshadows Palm-Mar from north and is the only barrier between Palm-Mar and Los Cristianos. There is a path going straight to the coast of Los Cristianos. You will be amused by the stunning views and will see some of the local nature as well.
Or you can go the other way, the southern path will bring you along the coast to a lighthouse. The whole area is a protected natural space where you will find some ancient stone made cottages used by locals when they went fishing. There are also some salt pools, small holes they used to get salt from the sea water. There are also natural pools around the lighthouse where you can dip yourself in and have some nice time.
You can explore local plants and flowers or find some of beautiful bays where you can have a swim. And if you keep going along the coast you will get to Las Galletas.
Many bikers choose Palm-Mar for its famous bike tracks. But not only bikers, this place is a paradise for everyone who likes to be active. People hike, run, walk, do yoga or play petangue on the beach. Sport seems to be contagious here.
